The Evill Trophy 2024

Due to a medical emergency the number of fencers for the Evill Cup was reduced to five. Rob and Sue Brooks, Anton Pollard, Nigel Fancourt and Andrew Brannon, ably supported by our President David Partridge.

With the bouche system in operation the poule was a closely fought thing, three fencers emerged with equal victories for a barrage. Rob, Andrew and Anton fought off for first place. All the fights were competitive with Anton coming out the eventual winner. Rob second and Andrew third.

David presented the medal to Anton. Our best wishes go to our Hon Sec. Al, and we wish him a speedy recovery.
